Training services offered by Treviso Tecnologia intend to meet the requirements of qualification and education specific to the territory.
Seminars, in-depth courses and training courses are carried out with innovative educational methodologies and tools, thanks to the help of qualified experts and professionals.
Target users are entrepreneurs, professionals, managers and technicians, and unemployed young people.

The goals of these initiatives of Continuing Vocational Training are the following:

• To improve professional skills and comprehensive knowledge of the staff;
• To boost technical, managerial and operational abilities of employees and collaborators;
• To update employees’ expertise and know-how, laying particular emphasis on new information and communication technologies;
• To qualify new professional profiles according to IPC criteria (International Personnel Certification Association), the only international association dealing with the sector; within this frame, it is possible to find training programmes certified by CEPAS (an Italian body for the certification of personnel accredited by SINCERT, National System for the Accreditation of Certification and Inspection Bodies);
• To create and maintain a culture of safety and health within the workplace, and  environmental safety, by means of offering training courses, seminars and workshops in order to widen/update the knowledge of employers, operators on Prevention and Protection and professionals, according to current legislation.

High Qualifying Training is oriented to young graduates or postgraduates, with the following purposes:

• To improve professional skills and comprehensive abilities of people who wish to enter the world of work, giving them a specialized background in order to be more appealing for local enterprises;
• To widen/integrate/accomplish skills acquired at school with those required by the labour market, through specialized courses;
• To offer the possibility of getting in touch with enterprises, for example through internships;
• To help the school-to-work transition, by means of activities of vocational guidance, specialized training, in-depth workshops.

Training services of Continuing Vocational Training (Formazione Continua), and High Qualifying Training (Formazione Superiore) are accredited by Regione Veneto.
